When I describe myself, I like to think of myself as a father, husband, executive transformation coach, entrepreneur, community activist, and product innovator.

While these labels describe things that I do, my main purpose in life is to help others while doing things that are in alignment with my mind, body, and spirit.

I like to think of myself as a modern day autodidact who's super power is simplifying complex topics and ideas into easy to digest chunks of information.
